Connecting Strava

In Liftholm, open You › Connections and tap Connect with Strava. Sign in and allow Liftholm to upload activities. Each workout you finish then posts to Strava on its own.

Connecting Hevy

Hevy's connection needs Hevy Pro. In Liftholm, open You › Connections › Connect Hevy, open your Hevy settings, copy the key under Developer, come back and tap Paste.

Apple Health

Open You › Connections and tap Connect next to Apple Health. To change what Liftholm can read or save later, use the Health app: tap your profile picture, then Privacy › Apps › Liftholm.

Moving from another app

Export your history from Strong or Hevy (Settings › Export data in that app), then in Liftholm open You › Connections › Import a file.
